Bollino provided Site Management, Engineering and Survey support to the Construction Contractor during the construction of a 500 room workers accommodation village at Sarina in Central Queensland. The construction involved:

• Bulk earthworks,
• Stormwater detention basin construction,
• Roads and carpark construction and,
• Installation of trunk water, sewer, electrical and communication services.

Bollino carried out contract administration for our client including preparation of monthly reports, Inspector’s Daily Site Diaries, Request For Information records, variation identification and control, Extension of Time records, and preparation of progress claims.
